THE ENCHANTED CHRISTMAS

In the spirit of the season, we transformed Black Owl Surabaya into The Enchanted Christmas—a festive, immersive experience. Guests were greeted by warm, welcoming waving bears at the entrance, leading them through a vibrant, alternating NGL hallway and piles of gift boxes into an atrium aglow with cascading fairy lights.

 The enchantment continued with charming bear mascots rotating in a platform capsule beside the main stage, and the Enchanted Gift Shelf, constantly trembling in anticipation, ready to delight.
